Working Out… STOP the “No Time” Excuse
There are 24 hours in a day… 1,440 minutes to be exact. Working out only needs to have allotted 30 of those minutes, yet scores of us find excuse after excuse as to why we just don’t have the time.
Today I’m calling everyone OUT on the excuses! Today I’m giving 3 Tips to help you get rid of excuses all together. I’m going to show how to FIND the time to workout. I happen to know that these work because it’s exactly what I’ve had to do among my crazy life of being a wife, mother, and entrepreneur. I understand busy!
Grab your pen & paper! You’ll want to spend a few minutes after the video doing a quick exercise (no you won’t work up a sweat but it will make you feel great!)
