  • 1½ tablespoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1½ pounds skinless wild salmon fillet (4 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  1. In a bowl, combine the chili powder, oregano, and salt.
  2. Pat the spices on the fish.
  3. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes per side for the salmon. (Reduce the heat if the spices begin to turn black.)
  4. Divide the fish among 4 plates.
  5. Serve along side of your choice.
