Have you ever eaten something, not because you were hungry, but because you were sad, depressed, or anxious? If you answered NO, I’m totally gonna call you out on it. I’ve yet to meet ANYONE who hasn’t experienced a moment of emotional eating.
Even though we “know” that we should deal with our emotions pro-actively, doing so isn’t always the easiest choice to make. In fact, for many of us, emotional eating is a source of embarrassment…something that we hide from others and do in the privacy of our own home.
