Is it because of time, you’re too tired to make it, not hungry? What’s your reason?
Regardless of what your answer is, I am here to tell you that it is EXTREMELY important to start your day off with a balanced meal. You will function better and it will help you with weight control. And, no matter how old you are, it’s so important to have breakfast each and every day.
For me, I start my day with one of two choices oatmeal with egg whites or Shakeolgy. It helps me “fuel” my day. I know that when I consume this kind of breakfast that I will be able to function properly. I’m starting my day off right and getting more than adequate nutrients.
Some other choices for breakfast include:
– whole grain cereal with low fat milk
– protein smoothie made with fruit
– whole wheat toast, almond butter and banana
– Oatmeal with protein powder and flax seed
