Uh oh. Weight gain has happened and weight loss is on our minds. It’s the official “post-holiday” season, and many of us are now assessing the damage as a result from the non-stop parties, drinking, and all-around enjoying ourselves. Oops…we did it again.
Here’s the thing…as a result of weight gain over the past 2 months, we may be tempted to go for a quick fix solution. After all, we’re currently being bombarded with the newest products that will BE the answer to our struggles. Is that really the way to go?
I was recently asked a really great question about weight loss: If you need to eat a certain number of calories to lose weight, does it really matter WHERE those calories come from? I thought Wow…that’s a SMART question, especially right now with everyone looking for a quick fix.
