Welcome to our next installment of the Symptoms Series: Rest. We’ve established from the last several episodes of the Symptoms Series that symptoms of ANY kind are not normal. There are actually several ways that we can start to heal ourselves naturally.
The protocol that I put together for people is comprehensive and holistically based, including diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplements. Each area is as important as the next, and they work synergistically together to heal the body and relieve the symptoms plaguing us. Today we are specifically looking at REST. I’m sharing with you basic tips to restore your body, including the best time to sleep (and why!)
Once you know what you’re dealing with on a sub-clinical level, the personalized protocol goes to work with you at the helm. Remember you must Test. Don’t Guess.
