Fine lines and dark circles come with age but I’m going to let you in on a few of my favorite things to do and that are very basic.
-Wear your sunscreen. Yep, all year around too; the sun shines even in the winter. You’ll want a minimum of 30 spf.
-Sleep on a satin pillow case as it helps prevent creases.
-Apply each week a hydrating mask. You can make one from scratch using fresh veggies or fruit or from your local drug store.
-Eat fruits and veggies with high water content. Some good examples are apples and cucumbers.
-To prevent fine lines, wear sunglasses when out.
Now these next tips are things that you should NOT do. Try to resist if you can to have healthy skin.
-Don’t pick at blemishes.
-Take mild watered showers. If it’s too hot, it isn’t good for you.
-At home chemical peels more than once a week are a no-no.
-Find a product that works for you and stick with it. The latest and greatest product isn’t always the best because your skin likes a routine.
