Pumpkin Mac n' Cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 can (2 cups) pureed pumpkin (480g)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder, or 2 tsp minced
  • ½ tsp plus ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp organic butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • 8 oz dry macaroni, already cooked according to directions on box
Instructions
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a complete boil.
  2. Lower the heat, and stir until the butter and cheddar melt completely.
  3. Stir in cooked macaroni and serve.
  4. Optional: Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins, covered
