You want to lose weight, but you’re lacking motivation. It happens! Or maybe you’re not losing weight as fast as you’d like and life is busy. Regardless of what your reason is, there ARE ways to stay motivated.
Try one of these tips:
– Put it in writing. Write down your goals and place them somewhere that you will see them daily.
– Get an accountability partner. When you’re a team, you won’t want to let the other person down. Or, you can work with a coach like me.
– Tell someone or post what you’re doing on facebook or twitter. When you tell others you’re going to do something, you’ll most likely stick with it. I have an accountability group with loads of like-minded people…all looking to stay motivated and better their health/fitness. Let me know if you’d like to join.
– Lay your workout clothing and shoes out so that when you wake up, it’s the first thing that you see.
