Metabolism Makeover 1-2-3
I’ve been known to yo-yo up & down in weight all my adult life, but I never had any issues in dropping weight when I would put my mind to it. Needed to take off 5 lbs? I would cut back on my food & work out a bit harder. Poof…weight be gone.
Until last year.
Everything changed in what seemed an instant. At 48 (I’m 49 now,) even though I was working out 6 days week (sometimes twice a day) & eating well, I was still steadily putting on weight. My clothes weren’t fitting well. Nothing that I used to do was working. The old “rules” failed me.
WHAT?!?!?!? Talk about frustrating!
To add insult to injury, I’m also smack dab in the midst of peri-menopause. Joy. Is “this” what is meant by the change in your 40’s? Quite frankly, I refused to believe so.
So I began to use myself as an “experiment” to figure out what worked & didn’t work for me. Low and behold…after being weight-loss resistant for a year, I dropped 8 lbs in less than 3 weeks by changing my macronutrient (protein, carb, fat) percents! Following a more low carb, high fat, moderate protein lifestyle, I felt (and still feel) better than I EVER had! Not only did inflammation and body fat start to disappear, my sleep improved, my food cravings completely disappeared, and my monthly cycle suddenly normalized (PMS went from 2 weeks down to a few tolerable days!) Score!
As I posted on social media about it, I began to receive message upon message from other women JUST LIKE ME!!!!! Women who have tried everything & still aren’t getting results. Women who are peri-menopausal. Women who suddenly don’t recognize their own body. Women who are struggling to figure out what works for them. Women who are tired of following “rules” (welcome fellow Rule Breakers! 😍) Women who have the courage to say NO MORE and are searching for success!

You have the opportunity to learn & be successful with each phase, while NOT being overwhelmed with massive change all at once during the process. Each phase builds on the other, with a heavy emphasis on nutrition. I believe in baby steps that will be lasting.
Before we go further, I have to be honest. The Metabolism Makeover isn’t for everyone. NO program is perfect for every person. Let’s see who it’s for and not for.

Phase 1: 7-day Jumpstart to Health group

We’ll be tackling all things sugar, including white carbs, processed foods, & yep even alcohol. Basically everything that breaks down into sugar when in its tiniest form & can cause weight gain, uncontrollable cravings, & adrenal fatigue. In this group, you’ll receive meal plans, recipes, tips, support, & MORE! During this phase, those who follow my plan & coaching typically drop up to NINE POUNDS in 7-days! I kid you not! Phase 2: 4 Week Back to Basics group
This is going to the NEXT level. I often explain this group as Phase 1 but on steroids. Depending on your needs, you can skip Phase 1 and go right into Phase 2.
During our 4 weeks together:
- You will begin to work on mindset.
- You will learn portion control (without counting calories.)
- You will exercise in your home (or gym if you prefer) with a fitness program handpicked just for you based on your goals and ability.
- You will learn the best foods to eat based on your body.
- You will nourish your body daily with a power house, nutrient dense shake full of micronutrients our bodies are often deficient in. This will replace much of the crap you kicked to the curb in Phase 1.
- You will learn how to best eat while traveling, eating out, and during those unexpected life situations.
- You will receive my POPULAR Drop a Size in 30-days workbook.
- You will receive daily feedback & coaching on your nutrition, fitness, successes, and challenges. We are in this together!
