Should I Join a Gym?
It’s that time of the year…gyms are starting to advertise membership discounts…encouraging people to join. As a result, I’ve had multiple people ask me if they NEED to join a gym to get into shape.
Today let’s take a honest look at this question. Not only am I going to give you my opinion (which may very well surprise you,) I’m going to tell you what I’ve done and how I came to my decision. You can use the same strategy as well to come to your own decision.
