Happy December! We are officially in the midst of holiday season! YAY!!!! I absolutely love the holidays!
The holidays are wonderful, and along with them tend to come many parties. It’s these parties that can do some major damage to our waistline…to the tune of 10-15 pounds by the time the holidays are over.
Right NOW is the time for you to decide that this is NOT going to be You. Commit to yourself that you aren’t going to be one of the majority. You aren’t going to be the person who has to deal with buying bigger pants because of the holidays. NOT this time!
