You know how it is….you get the munchies, but chips and other goodies aren’t the best option when you’re trying to be healthy or lose weight, right? So, I’m always looking for something healthy and fun that both my family and I will enjoy. I’ve found something that works! The next time you go to the supermarket, go to the produce section and see if they have “Carrot Dip Chips.” These are carrots cut like potato chips, and they are so good!
What’s great about them is that you can dip them in a variety of things. Dip them in guacamole, Dijon mustard, low calorie ranch, honey or just snack on them as is. Carrots are also a highly nutrient-dense food, which means they improve your health a great deal.
