Over the past several months, the term “gluten free” has many talking and debating. It’s actually become the new buzz word in the food industry,and many food companies are jumping on the band-wagon.
The question that I often receive is “Do I NEED to eat gluten-free?” In truth, buying pre-packaged gluten-free foods is a tad more expensive, so you really want to have your facts straight before making the leap.
Today I’m going to not only share with you my personal experience with a gluten-free, dairy-free diet, but I’m going to give you some tips if it’s something that you want to try. You’ll want to jot these tips down as they can make or break your nutrition…meaning help OR hinder your weight loss.
