Sugar and spice and everything nice may sound cute in a nursery rhyme, but sugar isn’t so nice in real life…causing a whole host of problems. As a result, many people want to remove excess sugar in diet.
It’s October…and many homes will be filled with candy for Halloween. The issue, however, is that candy isn’t the only place to find sugar. It likes to hide in certain places. Oh that sneaky sugar!
You may truly want to eat healthy but feel overwhelmed because you don’t even know where to start. No worries. As you’ll hear today, baby steps are fine.
