Many of us are gearing up for those inevitable New Year’s resolutions. Unfortunately the reality is that most of our resolutions won’t stick beyond a few weeks. Seriously…think about it. How many resolutions have you made and stuck with?

Personally I can tell you that it’s happened to me time and time again…resolution, fail, resolution, fail…until I really discovered the secret to forming good habits. Once I realized what it took, I was able to instill healthy habits FINALLY!

    My question is, what are the exact supplements and nutrition a woman needs ? How much of calcium, magnesium, vitamin E, B-12, etc……what’s the affordable yet productive supplement regiment?

      Rhnea, there isn’t an exact plan that fits everyone. Everyone’s needs are different…woman or man. Testing needs to be done to find where the needs are. This is something that I’ll be offering in 2014 so keep an eye out for it! 🙂
