Many of us are gearing up for those inevitable New Year’s resolutions. Unfortunately the reality is that most of our resolutions won’t stick beyond a few weeks. Seriously…think about it. How many resolutions have you made and stuck with?
Personally I can tell you that it’s happened to me time and time again…resolution, fail, resolution, fail…until I really discovered the secret to forming good habits. Once I realized what it took, I was able to instill healthy habits FINALLY!
