What Foods Should I Eat for Weight Loss?
Quick question… Have you ever been on a nutrition or weight loss plan that just didn’t work for you yet seemed to yield results for everyone else? I know that I sure have…many many times. It frustrated me to no end, leaving me with my own questions: WHY isn’t this working for me & What Foods SHOULD I eat for weight loss results?
It just so happens that I found my answer when I turned to science. Yep, it’s true. Good ol’fashioned science. In a “one size fits all” world, we are hardly “one size fits all.”
I mean, I’ve done some crazy things in the name of weight loss…including a chicken, talapia, brown rice, and green bean diet. As in that’s ALL I ate for 3 weeks. If I knew then what I know now, those are the LAST things I’d ever eat.
I found that there are 2 specific ways to decode what nutrition & food I (and you) need. You may be surprised, but in truth, once you hear it, I think you’ll be nodding your head in agreement…especially when I list the benefits.
So go grab your pen & paper. You will want to write these 2 things down!
